EDU329 : Advanced Phonics and Teaching Reading Literature in the Elementary Grades

Survey of traditional and contemporary children’s literature and its uses in the teaching of literacy; provides methods, strategies, and assessment procedures for teaching literacy to a diverse student population. Field experience is required.
